Pitacs selects Orderwise Cloud to boost digital transformation

Pitacs has selected Forterro's Orderwise Cloud to support its digital transformation and bolster its ecommerce expansion.

Pitacs, based in the UK and operating since 1990, manufactures and distributes heating products including AEON radiators as well as supplies a wide range of electrical cables, with brands such as Ultraheat, Pitacs Heating, Pitacs Cable, TIME Cable, and TIME LED among its portfolio.

Previously, Pitacs utilised multiple systems from different vendors for its enterprise resource planning (ERP) and warehouse management system (WMS) requirements. This patchwork approach resulted in disparate processes and growing inefficiencies, prompting a decision to adopt an integrated solution.

Unified operations

Pitacs has chosen to consolidate its business systems by deploying the Orderwise Cloud platform, aiming to improve automation, streamline operations and enhance access to business-critical information.
