NFON has set its sights on leadership in AI-based communications, with aims to leverage AI for better understanding of customer needs and increased process efficiency. A significant step was the acquisition of AI specialist, botario, in August 2024. In addition, NFON plans to expand its AI-supported solutions and expert team by 2027.
