Informatica expands CLAIRE GPT to Europe & Asia Pacific

Tue, 12th Nov 2024

Informatica has announced the expansion of its GenAI-powered data management assistant, CLAIRE GPT, to Europe and the Asia Pacific regions.

Originally launched in North America in May 2024, the CLAIRE GPT assistant now extends its reach with new Points of Delivery (PoDs) in Europe and the Asia Pacific region, offering enhanced availability for customers in these areas.

This expansion is designed to address regional data residency, regulatory, and application performance requirements, providing customers with improved options to manage their data while maintaining data sovereignty.

"With the regional availability of our CLAIRE GPT, customers will now have greater flexibility and accessibility to leverage GenAI-powered data management capabilities," Gaurav Pathak, Vice President for Product Management, Metadata and CLAIRE at Informatica, stated. "This takes us closer to realising our vision of providing all enterprise users with secure, AI-ready data to unlock business value with faster response times while responsibly scaling the adoption of AI."

CLAIRE GPT integrates with the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform and features a natural language-based chat interface aimed at simplifying and automating complex data management tasks.

This integration supports increased productivity among data teams by making data access more democratic across enterprise users.

Numerous customers, across diverse industries such as Citizen Banks, Helia, and Subaru, utilise Informatica's AI-driven IDMC platform to tackle complex data management challenges while optimising processes for intelligence and automation as part of their data-driven transformations.

CLAIRE GPT is now operational in Europe, with availability in the Asia Pacific region set for November 15.
