Infinigate secures Keepnet xHRM rights to counter vishing rise

Tue, 3rd Jun 2025

The Infinigate Group has announced a new European-wide partnership with Keepnet, aimed at addressing rising social engineering threats through a joint offering in human risk management solutions. Under this agreement, Infinigate will act as the lead distributor of Keepnet's Extended Human Risk Management (xHRM) platform across Europe.

The collaboration comes as organisations increasingly recognise the role of human error in cybersecurity breaches. According to Keepnet, human-related mistakes account for 95% of digital security incidents, with threat actors leveraging sophisticated techniques to exploit employee vulnerabilities.

One of the most concerning trends is the rise of voice phishing, or "vishing," where attackers impersonate trusted entities over the phone to extract sensitive information. A recent study by Keepnet — the 2024 Vishing Response Report — revealed that 70% of businesses were susceptible to voice phishing and willing to share confidential information during simulated attacks.

To counter these threats, the xHRM platform offers AI-powered, multi-channel phishing simulations, adaptive training programmes, and automated phishing response capabilities. These tools are designed to help organisations build robust security cultures while identifying and eliminating employee-driven threats and insider risks.

"We are excited about partnering with Infinigate to scale across Europe; their expertise, experience and reach make them the ideal channel partner to further our growth," said Ozan Ucar, CEO of Keepnet. "We value their proactivity and our shared philosophy, built on human and technology elements working together in synergy."

As part of the partnership, Infinigate and Keepnet will also offer Managed Services, providing channel partners and customers with added flexibility and support. These services aim to help organisations deploy, maintain, and optimise their human risk management strategies more effectively.

Denis Ferrand-Ajchenbaum, Chief Growth Officer at the Infinigate Group, highlighted the relevance of Keepnet's platform in the current threat landscape: "Keepnet is an important addition to the Infinigate cybersecurity portfolio, offering Human Risk Management (HRM) at Pan European level, through an innovative and very relevant platform against one the most active threats in our world, linked to social engineering. Being a channel-only vendor, our channel partners stand to benefit from Keepnet's strong commitment, as well as from a solution that is in great demand."

Infinigate brings to the table its established distribution network across EMEA and ANZ, with a focus on cybersecurity, cloud, and network infrastructure. The group is known for its deep technical expertise and commitment to delivering tailored solutions to both SMB and enterprise customers.

Meanwhile, Keepnet's platform targets the human aspect of cybersecurity by using artificial intelligence to deliver behaviour-based training and phishing simulations. These simulations extend across multiple communication channels, including email, voice, SMS, QR codes, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Keepnet reports that its approach can reduce high-risk behaviours by up to 90%, while enabling Security Operations Centre (SOC) teams to analyse phishing threats 168 times faster and respond 48 times more quickly. All features of the platform are fully automated, which helps organisations optimise the use of their security teams and resources.

The partnership between Infinigate and Keepnet is set against the backdrop of growing demand for practical, scalable solutions that address the human dimension of cybersecurity. With this agreement, both companies aim to support organisations in building resilience against an increasingly complex and deceptive threat environment.
