Flip partners with Work Networks in post-Meta exit move

Yesterday

Flip, a European company specialising in frontline employee applications, has announced new partnerships with Work Networks in the UK.

This collaboration comes in the wake of Meta's Workplace closure, prompting businesses to seek new solutions. The partnerships signal that Flip is being chosen by major organisations to fill the void left by the discontinuation of Workplace by Meta.

In the UK, Work Networks is noted for its role in assisting complex enterprise transitions, serving clients such as Danone, AstraZeneca, the World Health Organization, and the National Health Service. The partnership will leverage Work Networks' expertise alongside Flip's frontline employee platform, showing a strong commitment to expanding within the UK, especially following Flip's acquisition of The Bot Platform.

"Moving a large, diverse workforce to a new communication platform can be risky, especially to employee engagement and adoption," says Benedikt Brand, CEO of Flip. "Our partnerships with Work Networks and Tuxpas bring localised expertise to help guide large organisations successfully through this transition. These partners know Workplace's ecosystems inside and out, and they chose Flip because they see us as the ideal solution for former Workplace customers. Together, we're delivering a powerful, next-level platform that strengthens internal communication and operational efficiency for businesses worldwide."

The partnerships align with Flip's recent strategic moves, including acquiring The Bot Platform and appointing key personnel from Workplace by Meta. Flip's services are currently utilised by over 400 global companies, including Bosch, McDonald's Germany, Rossmann, and Porsche, to engage with and transform their frontline workforces.

Nick Crawford, CEO of Work Networks, comments, "Our collaboration with Flip is an exciting opportunity to redefine how organisations connect with their frontline employees in the UK. Having been at the forefront of Workplace from Meta, we understand that successful transitions require more than technology; they demand a strategic focus on employee engagement and support. Together with Flip, we're driving a cultural shift that enables companies to cultivate strong connections and foster a truly inclusive digital workplace."
