Finity has announced the appointment of Dale Simkiss as a Non-Executive Director, aiming to strengthen its board and enhance its operations in the recruitment industry.

Simkiss brings extensive experience in recruitment sector payroll, compliance, and back-office transformation to the recently launched recfintech firm, where he will provide strategic support and oversight. His background as a results-driven strategist with a track record in optimising complex payroll and compliance systems positions him well to support Finity's operations.

As a co-founder of SHC Group, a specialist consultancy firm operating with Iain Herron, Simkiss has developed substantial industry expertise and an extensive network, which the company views as significant assets. In his role, he will supply high-level executive oversight and compliance guidance, facilitating Finity's aims to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and secure sustainable growth.

The appointment follows Simkiss's previous success at Omnia Outsourcing, where he scaled the business and introduced transformative compliance frameworks, culminating in the company's exit to private equity in 2023. He now focuses on empowering businesses to boost margins and achieve superior operational performance.

Varun Monteiro, CEO of Finity, stated, "Dale's extensive expertise in payroll compliance and his deep understanding of the recruitment industry make him an invaluable addition to Finity's leadership. His insight will help us refine our strategic direction and ensure we continue to set the standard for efficiency and compliance in the temporary staffing sector."

Simkiss's background in the military exhibits qualities such as discipline, precision, and strategic foresight, which have contributed to his reputation for transforming inefficient back-office operations into high-performing, scalable solutions. These qualities are anticipated to strengthen Finity's position in the market.

Simkiss expressed his enthusiasm about joining the company, saying, "Finity is driving real innovation in payroll and compliance at a time when the recruitment industry is facing increasing complexity. I look forward to supporting the team as they continue to develop solutions that enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and deliver real value to businesses navigating the evolving regulatory landscape."

The new appointment reflects Finity's ongoing commitment to offering unified payroll and back-office solutions tailored for the recruitment industry, with a particular emphasis on compliance and innovation, aiming for customer success.
