Dialpad launches Ai Sales platform to boost sales efficiency
Dialpad has launched a new AI-powered platform, Ai Sales, designed to streamline sales teams' operations. The platform, which utilises over six billion minutes of business conversations, is intended to replace the need for more than ten separate applications currently used by sales professionals.
According to the company, Ai Sales has already delivered notable results, including an average 18% decrease in operational costs for its users. The platform aims to enhance various aspects of the sales process, from real-time coaching to automated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) updates.
The new platform leverages Dialpad's proprietary large language model, DialpadGPT, to provide insights from a vast dataset of business interactions.
