Vertiv & PNY partner to streamline AI infrastructure in EMEA

Thu, 16th Oct 2025

Vertiv and PNY Technologies have entered into a distribution partnership to deliver power and cooling infrastructure solutions for artificial intelligence deployments across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The agreement will see System Integrators and resellers in the EMEA region gain access to validated designs combining Vertiv's infrastructure portfolio with PNY's NVIDIA-based computing solutions. This collaborative approach aims to support the increasing adoption of high-density AI technologies by simplifying the deployment process and improving operational reliability.

Power and cooling

The growth of AI is prompting increased demand for compute power, which in turn puts greater pressure on supporting digital infrastructure. The partnership addresses the complexity of deploying such high-density systems by offering validated, reference-based architectures. These blueprints cover both power and cooling requirements for platforms such as the NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 and GB300 NVL72, and can be integrated as SimReady Assets within NVIDIA Omniverse for digital twin simulations and planning.

Through PNY, channel partners will be able to source comprehensive solutions including Vertiv's high-density power and cooling hardware. These products are designed specifically to meet the needs of GPU-intensive AI workloads, aiming to ensure both performance and reliability from the outset.

Efficiency focus

Both companies point to fast-evolving AI workloads as a key driver behind the need for robust infrastructure. Alex Brew, Vice President of EMEA Regional Sales at Vertiv, stated:

"The transformative growth of AI workloads demands an ecosystem approach to help customers scale efficiently while maintaining optimal performance. By combining our critical power and cooling portfolio with PNY's expertise in NVIDIA-based solutions, we are empowering System Integrators across EMEA to build accelerated, high-density, and energy efficient AI environments for their customers."

Jérôme Bélan, CEO at PNY EMEA, commented on the need for integration and collaboration amongst industry players. According to Bélan:

"The complexity of today's AI computing landscape requires seamless collaboration. Working with Vertiv allows us to create an optimized environment for the latest NVIDIA platform implementations across EMEA. Our collaboration strengthens the channel by bringing together Vertiv's critical digital infrastructure expertise with our advanced AI computing capabilities, enabling customers to deploy high-performance computing environments with greater speed and confidence."

This partnership enables system integrators to deliver validated, high-density AI solutions more efficiently, reducing the risks associated with piecemeal deployments. With a streamlined path to complete infrastructure, organisations across EMEA are expected to benefit from reduced deployment times and improved operational efficiency.

Application across EMEA

The deal will allow customers throughout the EMEA region to access Vertiv and PNY's combined set of solutions, support, and services with immediate effect. The companies state that the distributed partnership offers system integrators a more direct route to deploying advanced AI platforms by consolidating the procurement and integration of power, cooling, and computing hardware.

Vertiv has established itself in the market for data centre infrastructure, with a presence in more than 130 countries. PNY Technologies, meanwhile, brings over 40 years of experience in providing NVIDIA-based systems to various markets, and operates dedicated EMEA offices alongside a broader international footprint.

This partnership addresses the growing challenges of deploying, managing, and maintaining AI infrastructure and is aimed at enterprises, research institutions, and other organisations preparing to scale up AI operations within the region. By leveraging both companies' expertise, customers are positioned to implement AI platforms using established, tested designs that prioritise reliability and energy efficiency.
