RDC.AI wins top global award for transforming banking with AI

Fri, 17th Oct 2025

RDC.AI has received the Best AI-Powered Platform - Vendor award at the first Global AI Innovation Awards 2025.

Global recognition

The accolade, judged by The Digital Banker, acknowledges RDC.AI's decade-long work in developing a platform that supports commercial and business lenders worldwide in transforming their operations. The technology has been credited by stakeholders with considerable improvements to how banks manage and monitor their loan portfolios.

Ada Guan, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of RDC.AI, expressed the company's appreciation for the award, noting aspects of the platform that stood out to the judging panel.

"We're deeply honoured to receive this recognition from The Digital Banker. There are three things we're really proud of about our AI platform. First, our platform brings predictive AI and agentic AI together. Second, global leading banks are using our platform to service their customers, helping them launch innovative lending products and grow their lending books while protecting their portfolios. And thirdly, the AI platform truly delivers tens of millions of dollars of benefit for the banks."

Lending lifecycle

The platform's architecture is centred on the application of explainable artificial intelligence. According to RDC.AI, this approach provides users with transparent insights and clear rationales for all AI-generated recommendations, supporting banks in their decision-making processes and lending management.

A core component of the platform is the Continuous Credit Monitoring solution. This system is designed to analyse customer data in real time, allowing banks to identify potential risks early, recognise opportunities among current clients, and prompt proactive reviews where necessary. Through these features, lenders are able to operate with what RDC.AI describes as greater clarity and scalability in managing their portfolios.

Industry criteria

The Global AI Innovation Awards highlight developments across the financial sector where artificial intelligence is driving change. The Best AI-Powered Platform - Vendor category specifically recognises technology providers whose solutions assist institutions in improving efficiency, customer engagement, and risk management capabilities.

Collaborative effort

Reflecting on the company's origins and progress, Guan said the strength of RDC.AI stemmed from teamwork and external support.

"We established RDC.AI 10 years ago and started with five people and two chairs. The credit goes to our team and our investors, customers and partners. We are looking forward to the next 10 years and the journey ahead."

Technology partnerships

Since its founding in 2016, RDC.AI has introduced agentic AI tools such as the Data Scientist Assistant and Portfolio Assistant. These features, which have been developed in collaboration with AWS, are intended to help banks and other customers streamline complex data activities and to enable querying via natural language, increasing the usability of large datasets in finance workflows.

The company reports that these AI-driven insights extend across the full lending lifecycle, from origination through to ongoing monitoring, providing both individual and portfolio-level overviews for lenders.
