Integrity360 buys Advantus360 to launch Canada hub
Integrity360 has acquired Canadian cybersecurity services provider Advantus360, marking the group's first foothold in North America.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Integrity360 said the deal forms part of its wider expansion plans and gives the group an operating base in Canada.
Advantus360 operates from Calgary, Alberta. The company was founded in 2015. It serves customers across Canada and into the United States.
Integrity360 said Advantus360 works with enterprise clients across several sectors. These include oil, gas and energy, transportation, manufacturing, legal, financial, retail, mining and services.
Services focus
Advantus360 provides cybersecurity consulting services, according to the announcement. These include design and architecture, assessment, remediation, integration, deployment, strategy development and training.
The company also designs and supports cybersecurity solutions from Palo Alto Networks. Integrity360 said Advantus360 has a long relationship with Palo Alto Networks and holds related accreditations.
Advantus360 also works with other security technology providers. Integrity360 listed Cisco, HPE, KnowB4, Algosec and Mimecast.
Alongside consulting and product-related services, Advantus360 provides managed services. These range from technical support services to managed detection and response offerings.
North American hub
Integrity360 said it plans to develop Advantus360 as a regional hub covering Canada and the wider US market. The group said it intends to provide its full range of cybersecurity services through the Canadian operation.
Integrity360 said it will add a new Security Operations Centre in Calgary during 2026. The company described the planned facility as a local access point into its wider security operations function.
Integrity360 said it currently operates a security operations team of around 200 people. It has facilities in Dublin, Stockholm, Rome, Sofia, Madrid, Cape Town and Johannesburg. It also said it is adding further locations in Brussels and Paris in 2026.
Integrity360 listed managed services offered through its security operations function. These include endpoint detection and response, extended detection and response and managed detection and response.
Portfolio expansion
Integrity360 said Advantus360 customers will gain access to its wider cyber services portfolio. It listed cyber risk and assurance, incident response and forensics, infrastructure and technology services, PCI compliance, and operational technology consulting and solutions.
Integrity360 also highlighted managed cybersecurity services. It listed managed cyber infrastructure, managed secure access service edge, managed continuous threat exposure management, and XDR and MDR services.
Integrity360 said its services have been recognised five times in a Gartner market guide, most recently for incident response and forensic services.
"We are really delighted to be welcoming Regan, Stefan and Marci, and indeed the entire Advantus360 team to Integrity360. The acquisition marks a significant milestone for the group as it represents our first presence in the strategically important North American market. Advantus360 has for more than a decade established and has developed an enviable reputation for excellence in cybersecurity consulting and solutions. Its achievements in designing, deploying and supporting Palo Alto Networks solutions are particularly impressive and will be built upon by the whole Integrity360 group. We are looking forward to working closely with the team to rapidly expand their operations and capability over the coming years", said Ian Brown, Executive Chairman, Integrity360.
Advantus360 is led by Directors Regan Herbst and Stefan Herbst. They described the acquisition as a continuation of the company's growth path.
"This is an exciting moment for us. It is our absolute pleasure that Advantus360 is joining Integrity360 to continue the growth journey we started a decade ago. Advantus360 has flourished during that time thanks to the support of our customers and employees. With the backing of Ian and the considerable resources, capability, and track record of the entire Integrity360 team we are thrilled about what we can achieve for our customers, and our employees, as we look to expand across both Canada and the United States over the coming years", said Herbst.
Integrity360 said it employs more than 750 people across 14 locations in the UK, Europe and Africa. The company said it serves mid-market and enterprise organisations across sectors including financial services, insurance, energy, transportation, government, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, telecoms and utilities.
Integrity360 received an investment from August Equity in 2021. The company said its next steps include expanding its security operations footprint, including the planned Calgary centre and new locations in Brussels and Paris during 2026.
