Infinigate named AWS seller of record to boost EMEA & ANZ cloud

Mon, 1st Dec 2025

Infinigate has been appointed as an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Designated Seller of Record (DSOR) across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), as well as Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This new status enables Infinigate to expand its cloud distribution activities and provide enhanced opportunities for software vendors and channel partners in these regions.

Channel expansion

The DSOR programme allows distributors like Infinigate to be designated by independent software vendors (ISVs) as the official seller of record for their software-as-a-service (SaaS) listings on the AWS Marketplace. In this role, Infinigate will create and manage ISV SaaS contract listings and coordinate private offers with channel partners, streamlining the process for organisations purchasing software through AWS.

Analyst projections indicate strong growth in the hyperscaler cloud marketplace. According to Omdia, a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 29% is anticipated for the next five years. The IT channel’s role is expected to become more prominent, with 59% of spending forecast to be transacted through the channel by 2030.

Cloud process changes

Infinigate claims that participation in the DSOR programme can reduce procurement processing times by up to 85%. The company says this acceleration will help customers achieve faster returns from their cloud investments, while offering greater flexibility in sourcing complex solutions via AWS Marketplace.

The DSOR agreement also supports Infinigate’s ambitions to scale its presence as a cloud distributor. Software vendors and resellers partnering with Infinigate may see increased exposure to a wider range of enterprise clients across EMEA and ANZ.

Cybersecurity focus

Cybersecurity remains a priority segment within the cloud market. According to industry forecasts, cybersecurity spending is set to increase alongside broad cloud adoption, with a 31% growth rate expected over the same five-year period.

Infinigate aims to leverage its new status to help enterprises design, deploy, and manage sophisticated security projects on AWS. The company’s strategy is to offer a robust platform for cloud and security services, supporting both small and large businesses in adjusting to new digital demands.

Partner benefits
“AWS is a cornerstone for many organisations’ successful business operations. Collaborating with a global cloud provider of this calibre is of great significance for our ambitious roadmap, as we grow our cloud distribution offering to support our customers with a strong cloud adoption strategy, helping them devise the best cloud model that suits their business requirements,” said Denis Ferrand-Ajchenbaum, Chief Growth Officer, Infinigate Group.

“We are proud of becoming part of the AWS DSOR programme and delighted to bring this incremental growth opportunity to our vendor and channel partners. By joining the DSOR programme, we're not just simplifying procurement - we're revolutionising how organizations access and implement cloud solutions, reducing processing time by up to 85% and ensuring faster time-to-value for our customers,” said Ferrand-Ajchenbaum.
