Carlo Nebuloni appointed General Manager UK at Fincons Group

Fincons Group has appointed Carlo Nebuloni as General Manager UK, tasking him with leadership of its operations and business activities in the United Kingdom. This move is designed to advance the group's business growth in the market, where it has maintained a presence since 2016.

Leadership role

Nebuloni will oversee all aspects of the UK branch, reporting to Michele Moretti, Chief Executive Officer, and Francesco Moretti, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and CEO International. He is responsible for business development, setting and implementing the UK's growth strategy, and strengthening the market position of Fincons Group within the country. Nebuloni is expected to coordinate with specialised business units within the group to respond to new opportunities and address client requirements with tailored solutions.

International experience

Nebuloni takes on the new role having amassed over 25 years of international experience focused on insurance, technology, and data-driven transformation. His background includes senior roles at global consulting firms and a notable tenure at an insurance company operating in the UK. During this time, he led several digital transformation initiatives and designed data strategy programmes at scale.
